Everyone who reaches out to Conversationswondering Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Conversationswondering Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was used
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work at your home, begin by speaking to the provider directly, and keep a written record of what is said.

Please let us know as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Be aware that Conversationswondering Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@conversationswondering.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A brief account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not resolve things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist when the provider is licensed.
